Definitely a very beautiful modern house with a nice plot of land. But it is for a certain type of buyers who do not have privacy issues or plan to rent. For my taste its too exposed, as it gives a free view to every room and toilet in the house.
Alicante Real Estae, I really like the way you do the real estate video's but you really have to tone down the foreground music, especially when they are singing in the song. Just 3 db less please. Last video with penthouse presentation same problem, I guess on a smartphone it's not just a big of a deal but on tv's it simply is too much. Keep it up guys love your video's

Vadim, that lake is not unique in Europe. Its maybe unique in EU now. But we have pink solt lake in Serbia also and we are in Europe continent (Balkan). But a beautiful house for sure.
Normally I'm not a fan of this type of build, because the living area is usually really narrow and cramped. But this one actually has enough space to entertain a guest or 2 if you wished. It would make a really good vacation home that could be rented or even a permanent home.
