I dislike how they just shrugged Clarels severe mistakes under the rug in this game. She is the main reason the wardens were in this situation in the first place, a warden who didn't deserve to be a commander...

@@Lunasent OMG YESSSS that shushing totally does things to me, too!! ❤️ I don’t know how to purposely fail it, other than to just keep replaying the scene until you get a fail. I take advantage of the PlayStation ability to retroactively save a recording. (Like, you can tell it to go back and save the previous X number of minutes.) I don’t think I’ve been able to fail this on the first try since. LOL
Loghain is such a great and complex character, especially after reading the books. But after everything that happened in Origins I can't justify recruiting him and having Alistair leave
I've tried many times to go through with letting him join the wardens. I've beaten DA:O 8 times, and each time I've killed him. There were times I wanted him alive, but couldn't do it. I hate him for what he did, and how callous and confident he acted about it. He deserves the guillotine, not the throne...or even to be known as a hero. He was human garbage.
What do you guys think the blood of the DnD races tastes like? Here's my headcanons: Human - I think this one's obvious, check what yours tastes like High elves - "Rich wine for parties" type flavor Wood elves - Definitely less fancy than high elves, but still has a hint of class somewhere. Drow - Definitely an aquired taste, sour at first but you learn to like it Dwarves - 50% poison, 50% beer. Will make you vomit AND get you drunk within 10 minutes. Dragonborn - Depends on their ancestry, but chromatic probably tastes sweeter Gnomes - Pumped with artificial sweeteners, tastes like diabetes Halflings - Very sweet, but in a natural way, like fruit. Tieflings - Spicy, ranges anywhere from a bit too much pepper to eating a Carolina reaper coated in lava.

@@coffeeminx746if you make him hardened through dialogue he agrees to become king by himself but then he slays Loghain anyway. So you have to "mellow" him to marry his half sister Anora and then you can spare loghain but he leaves the party of course.
To hell with Loghain. He never survived in my DAO playthrough as a Cousland warrior, nor ddid he get the honor of dying as a Grey Warden. If I could mount his head on a spike in the town square after removing it from his shoulders I would, and I'd confiscate everything his family ever owned and make them peasants. Let that be his legacy. The traitor who brought nothing but misery and grief to his nation and his family.
If I had a nickel everytime I find myself simping for a sexy high elf vampire, I'd have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened twice.
Sadly is that the story isn't bad it just need more work and time spent on the multiplayer shoulde have been on the main story and the role of the main character the inquisitor.
my current tav is a very sweet autistic druid called alexei who's kind of naive because he prefers seeing the best in the world and people but that doesn't mean he's stupid. (his autism is based on how mine comes to be i have justification in character for every choice i make) the only reason he lets him drink is to: 1. have a strong vampire spawn on his side 2. make ''friends'' with said vampire so he could always have him if he needed him for something 3. feeding him so he achieved being strong 4. just cuz he's also very nice and doesn't just want to use his abilities just because he's a vampire but because he genuinely wants him to be his friend because if they're stuck together due to tadpoles he might as well befriend them (this reason is like 75% of it the rest is split the remaining 25%) just because he believes in goodness and likes to be good doesn't mean hes stupid (also i plan on making him have to make more and more difficult moral decisions (as one has to in the game) and slowly but surely having him have to become morally gray. i plan on romancing astarion who's morally questionable and i plan on making my lovesick sweetheart druid stoop to his level to match his crazy cuz he might be nice and will always be but he'd definitely do anything to achieve enough power to protect his friends even if it means going against his morals to achieve said power) (also I am not ascending astarion because he gives me my moms vibes ascended and there's no way my creation even one thats like only 0.05% based on me will date someone like my mother cuz i hate that woman)
I planned on romancing Astarion but I got that dialogue where he says he doesn’t feel anything during sex because of how Cazador exploited him and I was like OMG YOU JUST NEED A FRIEND. 😿 So then I romanced Gale and the bastard left me to become a god sooo….. Going to try to romance Astarion again but this time not make the dialogue choice that sent me down the original dialogue tree. If I can remember. If that makes sense? 🤣

I don't think I've loathed a character more than Erimond. His smug, holier-than-thou attitude got on my nerves big-time. Fortunately, there is a mod for the PC that allows an Inquisitor of any class to give him his just desserts judgement-wise, not just a Magequisitor. Erimond was expecting a quick death and eternal glory. I denied him both. To hear panic - sheer, unadulterated fear - in his voice was wonderful, exquisite soul music. Most of my companions didn't approve, but they got over it. A certain war table mission took care of that. :)
First playthrough I was a tiefling druid, and I was surprised with how fitting it was for act 1. Through other playthroughs I never liked the snake. When I later replayed as my first character in a tactician run instead I learned that you can talk to the snake and felt bad for judging Teela so harshly. She's just trying to keep the peace and trusts Kagha's judgement.

At least I like to think my hawke for blood magic she intend only using people against their will or sacrifice, but she is fine with her blood. Second she is with chanty military order so she thinks it is better to fake hate for blood magic

I prefer feeding him with mahself. My reasoning is that I’m the only group member willing to let him bite me, there’s no telling when the next group of enemies are edible, and I don’t want to give my animal friends at camp a reason to be slightly afraid if he eats solely animals. Baddies and me! I just have to take a second to remove bloodless and hope when I do it myself as a wild magic sorcerer I don’t set the camp on fire again. 😁 I got aggroed hard because I got myself and the cub on fire.

I accidentally romanced Lae'zel when I was trying for Astarion Approval. She was like COME TO MY TENT and I'm all NO, no this is a misunderstanding, sorry, oh dear me no help
I almost always skip going to the swamp until after the goblin camp, especially if I’m after Astarion…the poor guy almost always promptly insists on finding our quiet time right after disrobing for our pain priest and going all out for our penance 😂
So food for thought. I saw someone debating whether or not Fen would have revealed that he's in love with your char if he had not stopped himself from talking any further. I truly belive that he would have. In the actual game Skyrim, if an npc you help says that they will be there for you, then they become available to you as a follower. Nearly every follower in Skyrim is marryable with just a few exceptions. Those exceptions are typically for good reason. Such as that npc is a priest or one that was created in tribute to a real life fan who died of cancer. There is also an official image of house ravenwatch where gwendis, veradis and fen pose in ways that define there character. I find it interesting that fen has his hand over his heart. Basically denoting that he is all heart and compassion. When you go with veradis in markarth, fen asks worried that you both return. When he does this, he puts both his hands on his heart showing great affection. In this scene he does so again.

Can't get enough ❤ Thank you for sharing them 😊 Sadly, in this scene, he feels that revealing his emotions to you would only embarras him. He therefore does not believe they are shared mutually. That's understandable considering all your responses refure to him as a friend. But that is only because they wanted the quest to be suitable for everyone who plays through it.
