She's just sharing what it's like for her as a wheelchair user. That's what her channels for. To spread awareness about her disability. You got a problem with that?

I wonder if it’s a consistency issue that they can’t know who will/wont need extra assistance. Either way, I’d be frustrated feeling like my time was wasted too. Airlines need to get together
You have more courage than me. Every time I say I'm going to try it, I chicken out (after driving my friends crazy going back and forth saying I'll do it, no I won't, I'll do it, no I won't, etc). I tried going up using my tilt backwards prevention bars just so I didn't crack my skull open, but I guess they didn't leave enough room to tilt far enough back. One of these days I'll work up the courage. Great job!
That was a great job! But just so you are aware, after like 5 or 6 steps the chair can start bouncing way too much lol ive crashed alot on like 10 steps
How did you do it? Every time I try, I chicken out that I'll end up face planting on concrete, even with 2 steps. I suck at the tilting back without moving move - do I need to master that first? Thanks in advance.
@@Birdnerd1968 yeah definitely have to master popping wheelie's and holding them for an extended time. After that just work your way up. Do 1 then a bigger one then try 2 and 3
@@Tilite90 I'm so afraid of falling backwards so I hold it for half a second. I just need to pile up my couch cushions behind me in case I fall, and go for it until it feels natural. Thanks for answering.
FWIW I believe American airlines always blocks of the first row of the economy planes in seats DEF. I beleieve they only open up to to others a few hours before checkin for the explicit reason of putting a mobility impaired person in those seats. You just need to call to ask to be put in them, or tweet/dm them!
This shows it’s absolutely a two way road! Love to see her advocate for hersf and making clear what she needs. But also thanks to the staff for accomodating wherever corporations fall short
Would this cause an increase in the price for seats due to the fact that a larger bathroom for you will get rid of some seats. Which will mean that their annual income will become lower than what it is so they might compensate by increasing the price for us people. This is what might happen but it might not if there is a different solution .
