Sir i have a query i am stuck with provisioning and certificate issue, i don't have the paid apple developer account. Will that impact , if i test it in real device? Please share your input. I changed the bundleId in direct build settings of WDA.
Everything is done but only one issue, whenever I am trying to start session for real device, appium is starting a simulator instead of my real device and then throwing error. Please help.

Hey. I'm trying to automate clicking on a pop-up message from an app in my iphone and doing some research and I found your channel and Appium. Is it possible to use Appium to respond to the messages in my real phone and is it fast enough to respond within few seconds or is there a delay on the pc emulator? I need it to respond within a second or 2. Thanks!
Well it depends, Appium especially when using xpath is very slow and not at all recommended. Have you tried using accessibility-id? If you would only like to achieve it for android, I will suggest you to try using adb commands.
@@appiumexplained No. I'm actually new to Mobile automation testing. My background is more in webapp automation. I'm trying to do this on an iphone, not android. Sounds like it's not possible. The response time has to be within 1 second or 2.
When inspecting mac desktop application, Appium inspector capture complete Mac screen along with Appium inspector screen too instead of capturing only application screen. Plz reply me with any solution

i had xcode seeing my ipad, but appium not with that error: after several hours of trying if ound out that it was because i had a dock on the ipad and then the. usb connection to the mac aber using a dierect usb-c to usb-c cable appium was able to detect the iPad (like also XCode) so if you are using a dock inbetween try a direct conenction
Hey, so it is not required to provide desired capabilities like: iOS version, app path and deviceName to run Appium Inspector on real device? I’m using device with iOS 17.4 so AI tells me that I can’t run the on this version :< is there any workaround for this? :D Btw. Your videos are very useful! Thank you for your work 💪
