Hi, I'm Ken, the Boring Fisherman. I am a motorcycle enthusiast and I currently ride a Harley Davidson Electra glide. As my channel name suggests I am a fisherman. On my channel you will find content, including (but not limited to) fishing, cooking, motorcycles, boats, trucks, and much more. My wife (and camerawoman) is @QueenHess23. She and my daughter, Hope, and many of my friends will appear in my videos. Thanks for checking out my channel.
Fun fact, I am from Oregon and moved to North Carolina in summer 2023.
Thanks my friends,

i grew up fishing with my dad. he was never sad when he spent all day working the net. and he definitely didn't hate helping me by taking over the pole when i was worn out and needed help landing a fish that weighed half as much as i did.
So this is a hybrid of a pumpkin bluegill and rock bass and it looks like a crappie but it's not if it was a crappie you would know because the mouth is freaking huge large and more transparent but that is actually a hybrid bluegill as well as you can see the black marking on the gill! And crappie are a part of the sunfish and bluegill family You can look it up but this is not a crappie this is the hybrid and it gets mistaken crop you are only white color or a darker black color but this is the hybrid that everybody mistakes for crappie it's a cross between a pumpkin sunfish bluegill and rock bass! And I guess part of the reason why they did that was because it's capable of reproducing faster on its own and can naturally reproduce as compared to the fish that we're used to fishing the genetics have been screwed over so much that they can't naturally produce anymore they basically had to be reproduced any hatchery and stock into the lakes and that's sad because it just shows that we the human beings have screwed up nature so badly that it can't function on its own the way it used to! I can get you the hybrid name of what it's called if you want it does not a problem I can give you that name so that we can know what you're catching but hope this shed light it's a hybrid bluegill very interesting!
@@gismoogity I took a still from this video and used Google lense. It's a black crappie according to that. Thanks for calling me on it. I feel like a better fisherman now.
