Wow what feasts you made for the Crew at Dreamwood Cottage and how lucky for Rio to hang with you and you with her. Enjoy a little house living as the mountains cool down. PS Nikki and Abby, if you're in the Sierra Nevada, the only bears you'll encounter are Black Bears. Obv respect them, but they're not the same kind of danger that Alaskan Brown Bears and Grizzly Bears present. Wild Black Bears will always run from you as long as they have a chance and you're not between them and their babies, or trying to take food away from them. It's only the conditioned and habituated ones that will brave up-close encounters with people.

You're so right, they teach us so much. I miss my Best Friend everyday... And two years later, I'm finally ready to rescue another. Unfortunately my landlord won't let me... 😔. I like to do a few methods: kapalabhati or “breath of fire” where you do rapid exhales, sucking in your gut and allow the inhale to naturally come, followed by an inhale breath hold. This activates kundalini energy. I also do belly-chest out breathing through the mouth where you breathe deep from the belly, up to the chest and then out through the mouth. This is followed by the breath retention I speak of in the video. Ultimately calming your nervous system. All of these in 3 round sets and then meditation afterwards. There are a few others but check out @breathewithsandy here on the tube and you can learn various techniques with excellent videos to follow along to Hope this helps
Hello Nikki, That photo of a paw print is a bear, not a mountain lion. You can see the very top is the claws. This bear is a big one, so please be careful, Abi. And if I'm wrong, still be careful if it's a mountain lion, either way. Love the video, and you're a great friend for taking care of Rio. Looks like you're having a great time house sitting. The autumn leave are so beautiful , and very soothing to see the change in seasons. Well take care and enjoy the peace and quiet of Colorado mountains.
I see you, I’m proud of you, loving the effort you two are putting in, you got this. The numbers are exactly what they should be right now, and after such long breaks, they’re much healthier than a lot of other channels, ignore that stuff for now though, just keep going, find the rhythm, remove the stress or worry of what topic to focus on, or whether there’s enough to cover or literally anything, just keep filming, and keep editing, that’s all. And show us what you feel like sharing. Pump it out, you can have your lives be the thing that pays for your life, head down and focus, you can do this ❤

Yes, I think it’s important to not take anything personal. We all have our inner worlds presenting outwardly. And if you’re able to see the kindness in me, I hope you could trust I keep kind company and she truly is authenticity and pure love to her bones. ❤

LOVED the intro, super effective, immediately sets a vibe that perfectly represents you both, it’s short and sweet not annoying at all, and the editing style with the music immediately hooks the viewer in both visually and auditory wise. It’s actually great, followed by Abby giving a brief update was great. I think you’ve found your intro style, again, if you think what I’m saying is useless that’s fine tell me to F off and I will, but I’d strongly suggest sticking with that intro, same visuals same little song and ride and seek name tag, that should be your intro for each episode, it creates familiarity, and anticipation and nostalgia and helps encode the memory of you into peoples minds, etc it’s very effective for standing out and sticking inside people’s heads.
