I make spirituality both practical and relatable. I am taking something from the inner world: silent & formless, and finding a way to convert it into a shareable, perceptible sonic language - making use of rhythms, harmonics, vocals and written word.
If in this lifetime, I am able to just add one little piece of value, inspiration or even a smile to your life then my job is done

I think this interview has a huge breakthrough on my spiritual growth, because i realized importance of ability to concentrate. Those three types of groups, on which you were separated leaded me to a point of understaning what i did wrong. Obviously i loosened my good quality just to be average person, not too extraordinary, but when you threw all kinds of comparison ideas out of mind there is a chance to upgrowth.
I did Ayahuasca several times over a few years. I did have some unique experiences with it. I got off alcohol I don't use it to self-medicate or numb myself. I live in Kansas and it was a guy from Kansas who became Ayahuasca shaman, he lived in Peru and would come back. It was a really interesting experience I don't think he comes back to Kansas anymore. He didn't charge for some years and then he started asking for $100 just to pay for his way to come up but if you didn't have the money he still would let you participate.
Indeed......Self Knowledge is different from Self Realisation.....Self Knowledge is the UNDERSTANDING of Reality intellectually. Realisation indicates that you KNOW Reality. (We don't believe that we have two hands, WE KNOW.)
Sounds like he’s saying anything goes! I noice two words there. Inclusive and exclusive. We are supposed to use our judgement of the truth to decide whether to include or exclude something. You should definitely concern yourself with telling the TRUTH.
I am a woman and I love being a woman I love feminine energy. I feel that I am the path of the moon another 28 day cycle is what serves me best. I am meant to laugh and cry and be. No one hast to tell the mango how to be sweet it just is. I think often in today’s spirituality, it is a lot about posterity and suffering. Life is enough suffering as it is any woman whose birthday child knows that pain. I think we have forgotten the feminine and our desire, for all of us to be masculine. There’s nothing wrong with being disciplined or having structure, but sometimes you need to walk barefoot in the grass. I remember you were a part of nature. I think sad guru shows this beauty for life and all that he does. Whatever path you choose it’s yours to choose. I would just like to say remember you can be happy in the depths of pain and loss. And pain and loss can bring you back to happiness.❤
This is an excellent interview, thanks for sharing. Brilliant perspective and very informative. I’ve been on a very similar path, seeking for a long time, powerful experiences with Ayahuasca also but I learnt that wasn’t it… then Sadhguru came. I’ve not been in his physical presence yet, but I’m learning it doesn’t matter, he’s anyway here. This really resonates, thanks to both of you 🙏
For those who made it to the last 2 minutes of the video, third eye practice will make things seem very serious which is primarily what Sadhguru teaches publicly. Sadhguru teaches third eye energizing practices in general which are very beneficial for us western people who are overly emotional. But the catch 22 with third eye energizing practices is that emotions will be de-energized which entails the “seriousness” that this video ended on & my comment began with. So energizing one’s own emotions as opposed to one’s third eye is the remedy to being overly serious & un-emotional. Emotions help one enjoy life, whereas the third eye helps one see extremely clear. Thus, our conscious discretion is required as to when we should employ one or the other as we see fit. Failing to consciously employ one or the other as we see fit not only disregards sadhguru but also disrespects ourselves
Great conversation. Loved it and could reflect on my own journey and learn a lot. PLEASE do another one on sacred walks! Something I know many are yearning to do and are waiting for the opportunity.
I did my completion program in Chennai 2018. Fortunately, I saw helpers doing their practice at the event during spare moments, and this gave me confidence to even do my practice at the airport. Nothing stood in my way after that 😊
When I listen to Sadhguru I feel like I’m a child listening to my grandfather telling me about the world. Listening to him is so soothing, it can put me to sleep no matter how hard I fight to hang on every word 💜 his voice and his words are truly soothing to me. 💜💜💜 I’ve never felt like that about a person I will never meet but only know of. He makes everything make sense, and reignites my sense of wonder after the novelty of this world was lost to me a long time ago.
Y'all know that Sadhguru and his organization charges BOATLOADS of money for teachings right? He is just part of the same system that the people who where doing ayahuasca are part of. All good spiritual teachings are free where they provide opportunities to donate and gentle reminders of those options now and then. But they have NO upfront cost where you have to pay in advance. ... And there are some who ask for donations after a retreat and use high pressure tactics... And those are also not worth your time. A good teacher or organization will get funded just because people find it helpful and useful. And Sadhguru is filthy rich btw. Oh his center in India is also illegally built on land where animals used to be.. And he didn't get permission from the Indian government at the time. But the PM now is like his best friend... And I'll let you do your own research on how corrupt he is.
Wow, that’s a dangerous perspective to shun judgment altogether. Judgment, discretion, discernment are all necessary. When someone excuses anyone’s behavior that harms another person, that’s called spiritual bypass. And a non-dual perspective tends to do this. There are many dimensions to things, but accountability is necessary. For example, gurus probably shouldn’t be raping their followers. Accountability and discretion and discernment and shunning such behavior is absolutely necessary. Otherwise, with no boundaries or rules, anyone can do anything and justify it with spiritual bypassing language
All my respect to this woman who find a way to formulate that question.its a tough spot when ppl are only happy if you lie and that never changes .if you lie they r happy otherwise they punish you, put you feel bad to lie .it seems a dead end and interesting answer Sadguru
Wow, what a beautiful and interesting talk! For me, as a complete beginner in yoga and daily sadhanas, it is incredibly exciting to hear such profound experiences from people who have spent so much time with Sadhguru and have taken part in so many programs. And it confirms me in my path, because you have a wonderful charisma and it is great to know that there are people like you. Thank you for sharing your experiences!

NAMASTE thank you yes the silence and the incredible India, with it's deep historical devotions, will helps us all' in the development of our spiritual experiences I also joined Sadguru and met him in Germany , In this our individual visit to earth, We all try to adapt to new changes. this is indeed very difficult, for us human beings, to learn and accept new changes, from our outside life of social material conditions , yet how greatly rewarding devotions, can heal us, in the spiritual world. of love and gratitude,, which helps to keep us, working with loving' forgiveness and accepting all given changes, as if we personally ordered these changes, from the soul of our inner being. for we all do order them . with or without awareness. WE NEED TO love, and accept the is-ness of it all.,rewarding our spirits in all its struggles within, and all our lifetimes of experiences. , As we are all ONE . sharing our individual illusion of a journey in life, then let us dear friends, try to enjoy the struggles of every visiting life time. without judgement, embracing the healing habits of devotions Be happy now and always.. be blessed in grace.ONE LOVE FOR all.
Wow Im just 20;00 minutes into this and there is so much that so many people probably have gone through like this and so thankfully Sadhgurus tools and technologies have given so many a way to not have to be in lives ups and downs :)
