I’ve noticed a discrepancy in how my emails are being received by different email clients. When I send an email to a recipient using an Outlook client, the message lands in their junk or spam folder. However, the same email sent to a recipient using a Gmail client goes directly to their primary inbox. I have already taken steps to warm up my email account and have properly set up all the necessary technical configurations, such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, to ensure good email deliverability. Despite these efforts, my emails are still being flagged as spam by Outlook but not by Gmail.

Can we send any number of emails or follow ups to people until they wish to opt out or unsubscribe from our emails, whose contacts/emails we have gathered from GDPR Compliant lead databases like Apollo and other databases. Will sending more and more emails while split testing or A B testing to increase response rate be considered as spam or will it be illegal in any way as there are certain laws and spam acts in this regard.(THE CAN SPAM ACT)
Hi Pramitha, Thanks for your comment and questions here. Saleshandy does allow you to send any number of followups unless the other person doesn't reply you or the other person does not choose to unsubscribe you. So yes you can do that. But to answer that from a different perspective i.e, should you do that? No, if you are reaching out to cold prospects with whom you do not have got consent to exchange emails. Ideally you should respect the mail box and stop following up after more than 3 or 4 followups over 1 months of time. Also respecting the recepients mailbox, you must make your followup valuable/informational/helpful/personalized instead of templatic followups. You need to be careful with the number of followups because, you do not want recipients to mark you as spam. So respectfully doing a followup is must and having an unsubscribe link as well as limiting the number of followups will safeguard littlebit from getting marked as spam. Illegal or legal, I see there is a lot of information available on internet, but that still does not give clarity on where to stop and what is the penalty for overruling it. Its a gray area to be honest there. My advice is to be cautious. Make sure you are not doing unresearched unpersonalized uncontextual outreach. Make sure you are respecting the recipients mailbox.
