I agree with you completely - you know when someones intention's are off. Great video - anger isn't always unhelpful, it can be a warning sign that a value or boundary has been crossed - glad you're well now. It's not great that you now can't go running where you want to =[ there's just no words for how crap that is!
we live in a generation that thinks their wants and right out weigh the other persons. i am polite at first encounter but if they don't respect my wish i make it very clear to leave me alone in a very rude way. glad you're ok. Salam Jee

I enjoyed this so much <3 It is a slow process but I have learned to hold on to loving myself and accepting anxious feelings. I used to always think to myself when I was anxious that oh my god this is sad, I am sad but overtime and with self love I learned that I have experienced so much survived and overcome many things and when I feel anxious it is not the end of the world or doesnt affect my overall happiness. It is momentary and what I choose to feel will choose to increase in my life. And I Choose to Rise <3 love love love this
Really good video, really liked this... The best thing I heard was to be successful you have to just be yourself... Don’t try and be a better version of someone else, just be you! Some people won’t like it, but some will love it... Just be you... You’re awesome as you are 😘 x
I have been caught up with the similar thought of catching up or putting up looking at how much people have moved ahead but it also exhausts me. That's when I say I'm gonna do my thing here and not compare my content. I totally get what you are pointing out here. I love you for you and we love someone because they are different, so there's no point in doing the same. Just be you 💜😍

What Alex Did Ah, you should look into it in your area then. I think that's the thing, different things work for different people. Some people swear by counselling, but I found it made me worse so I think it's finding what's right for you and also not just the right therapy but the right therapist for you. Thanks Alex, your so kind. She's on the mend 😍 xx
It is so true I have learned accepting how I feel in the moment. Because it releases those emotions and feelings and you are free of the negative emotions and if it's some happy feeling you spread the feeling by releasing it.
