I have a 04 grand am the radio went, got a 06, Grand Prix radio, as replacement same thing, screen works in the new one, but says locked, if I got your computer setup with everything downloaded what info would I want to put it the computer the car info or the info of the car I got the new radio from?
On the driver side of the engine, on the upper intake piece, there is hose that’s goes to the valve cover, and then a smaller hose that comes off of the fitting, it goes across the intake and I would like to know where it goes from there because mine is just on a stud, ik it has to plug into somewhere because it sucks air when the engine is running
rockauto's shipping can suck and they sometimes package things in a horrible way, I haven't had any issues getting returns taken care of. Even was able to send something back outside of the return window after finding a (well hidden) support email

RockAuto sucks. I have only ordered once from them and checked that I did NOT want to be put on mailing lists. But then had to unsubscribe like 10 times to get the daily emails to stop.
So idk you could be telling the truth but that fact that I can see there seal has been broken and you put new clear packaging tape over it to cut for the video is a little concerning to me that your lying or it's fake, I didn't need to see you reopen the box to show me you already opened it and knew they was no good that why you was filming to begin with am I right? Yep I am, Now I've personally NEVER had an issue with rock auto.
this is not the first time I've had a problem with them. yes I redid it for the video, but exactly like the first time I opened it. I couldn't believe that they would send me a damaged product.
I've ordered from them twice. First time, they sent the complete wrong part. I ordered calipers for my 2014 4Runner. They sent drums for a 1998 Chevy Silverado 2x4. Second time, i ordered a NEW alternator, for my project car (1994 4Runner) they sent me a blackened mass of crap, that had already been stripped for valuable metals. Neither time was i able to get a refund, replacement, or even an acknowledgement of their failure to provide what i had paid for. i had to get a lawyer friend to write them an official letter, and had to sue, to get my money back.
The weirdest part for me is that for some crazy off the wall reason u decided to film this unboxing of spark plug wires. That by coincidence was cut and mangled. Almost seems like was set up for some reason. Were they opened from the other side of the box and then flipped and reopend. Sorry i dont trust anything like this from the internet. Actually i that back. Wasnt even smart enough to retape and flip the box. U can clearly see about 3 seconds in that the box was retaped. I see the cut rock auto tape under the clear tape. So dumb. What did they do to piss u off that u have to join the cancel culture. Thats disappointing. Just go to autozone loser.
I had them send me the wrong part and I couldn’t figure out how to return it and threw it away! I ordered from a reputable sight and got the proper part. They are more expensive than everywhere else after shipping anyway! They are a garbage company and I hope they go bankrupt.
I just went through their return process and they offer no resolution or replacement. It just says place a new order. Shame on them! I will be filing a BB complaint.
A properly working lifter takes up the gap between the rocker arm and the valve. When the lifter is stuck down it slaps the valve and does not open the valve completely.
