Mm the Lotus (later Caterham) Seven: one of the fastest small lightweight vehicles ever made! And if int in Patrick Fitzgerald McGoohans hugely influential and now mega cult late 1960s TV Series, do internet search: " prisoner+unmutual". ..BCNU
Believe the clip is taken from a BBC television series, Stephanie did several shows for the BBC and ITV... many are on RU-vid if you put her name in the search
I'm very grateful to Graham Nearn for the fact that he kept the car alive and that, as a consequence, I was able to fulfil a childhood dream and, 40 years later buy a Caterham kit and bolt together a Seven myself.
At 18 mins he claims it was impossible for a small company to pass the MIRA barrier test at the time. TVR's Mseries was launched in 1971 and passed the test in May that year. The car used was still able to steer afterwards. The Mseries was head and shoulders above everything at the time, and was the reason the company survived the 70s, while most small manufacturers had to beg for an exemption.
Great, great band. Hugely underrated, and Paul was a fantastic singer. Saw them 3 times at their peak and this was their opener - I remember the lights lifting and that building guitar intro. Brilliant. RIP Paul Young.
Got to know Paul originally from Wythenshawe, through a mutual friend. Once Sad Cafe became big and started touring, Paul would often provide (Kennedy Street Enterprises) venue passes for his old pals. The band would always open with this song Fond memories - RIP Paul
The irony is that the Caterham/Lotus 7 is still alive to this day. Heck, Caterham Cars will have one-make series as an official support for BTCC starting next year in 2023. As the saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Livvy always made me happy, she was my inspirational icon to look life positively, no matter how low we hav fallen. May her god bless her soul forever, for making so many ppl happy... r.i.p. for long lasting lov livvy ✨🌌💟🌏🌎
Olivia Newton-John is such a great singer. Lady of high class. Good decorum. Simply Appealling, without "always revealling her body", compared to now a days artiste. It was about singing with meaning, and the message of love. Lost in present day music, and entertainment. Epitomy of good "Old School" Love Songs artiste (even though she also did Pop and Country and Western). Thanks to her. Left a trove of legacies.
