Hello Sir Option A The entire living room space is 7.25x6.25m Open plan layout with dining 200mm elevated. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25x4.2m. Additional lounge or VIP section 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m. Total floor area 45m². Option B Main lounge 6x5m. Dining 3.6x3m Total floor area 40.8m² Sir please these two living rooms which one is bigger and better?
I will answer the ' bigger and better" question by considering function and space utilization. Go for A if you want the sophistication of well-defined space, you know, a clearly defined dining by elevation, a separate quiet VIp. This gives you the advantage of having different social settings within the whole space. Go for B if you prefer a minimalistic approach to simple, seamless space. Visually it appears bigger and allows you to accommodate gatherings. It is a flexible space you can transform using different furniture arrangements.
Option A Master bedroom 4.86m x 3.8m Walk-in closet 3.7m x 3m. Total floor area 29.53m². Option B. Master bedroom 6.6m x 4m=26.4m². No walk-in closet. Hello Sir these two master bedrooms which one is bigger and better?
@@Good-dh3nx Of course option B has a very spacious bedroom space but option A will give you an organised one with better storage opportunities and still give you enough bed area.
@houseofdesigns254 Thanks Sir. So the two living rooms and the two master bedrooms, which option would you choose for yourself assuming you are asked to choose??
