Do you have a more in depth video on how to load the 400ft magazine once getting to the body of the camera. Kinda confused on how to thread it when it’s looped
Been destroying thrift shop finds for years. Stopped because I was alone in tgis chase. Thank you for making me want to again!!! Awesome doc. Inspiration brothers! <3
RIGHT! I literally just told someone earlier I thought I was the only one. Now I dont bend circuits to make music I do it to make scientific instruments that would have otherwise cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars which I get for virtually nothing. Modern SoC chips allow one to even see Atoms if they know what they are doing.
Really enjoying the documentary so far. Would really recommend mentioning music or sound design in the video's title or thumbnail, though. I only clicked on it on a whim since it has so few views and only then did I realise it was actually about something I'm really interested in. Would be a shame for other musicians to pass on it just because they think it's irrelevant to them.
So glad you gave the movie a watch. Thanks for the suggestion! I've added those words to my tags and also added a sentence to the begging of my video description.
Really tho, I just posted this to RU-vid yesterday! Thanks for giving it a watch. Much appreciated. It's been on a channel called Benders. TV ( benderstv.vhx.tv/ ) for the past few years and they are just not giving it the traffic I want. So I put it here now so it can get some views... which is why I made it to begin with.
Hello Paul I'm looking for batteries and cords to power a 16S, to be built, used or restored? Who knows the way to make them, rather in Europe, or in France Thanks Stephane
Its possible to replace de battery? I guy is trying to sell a 16 ST but with out any battery our original cable. I'm a little bit lost in how i can find this information..
When I turn the inching knob it doesn't move the registration pin. Is there something wrong with mine? *EDIT* It was the ball end of the motor not gripping with the rubber coupler. Added some tape to the end of the motor and the registration pin moves😊
Just so I understand... can this camera continue to roll film unlike the Bolex where it stops after 30 seconds, and you’ll have to wind it again? You can do a long take if you wanted to? I’m seriously interested in using film for future projects (Short films and Standup), so I’m just trying to gather as much information as I can.
Yes this camera has a power supply and can continuously shoot 100ft or 400ft rolls as long as it has film and power. You can also attach crystal sync motors for perfect sound syncing
Thank you for an easy to understand instructional video, I have Weston Master Universal Exposure Meter Model 715 that looks like your video's meter, I will test it tomorrow in daylights after rewatching your video.
