I am Indian, with a UK Passport, I travel the world and have never really had an issue. Once I flash the passport and turn on the English accent, I am sorted. And I can tell them to f**k off in their own language as well.
A significant number of English words are not from England,there is a significant amount of words that are imported. Only 26 alphabets,the placement of words plays an important part in meaning of sentences whereas other languages with more than 100 alphabets the placement of words in the sentence does not alter the meaning of the sentence. This is why the english have been able to fool others into their clever placement of their words in those narratives. Peopke are getting widened up. None of the countries who pretend to speak good English can actually match the English spoken in numbers by the people of Bharat and cannot speak their English ,just like I cannot understand a word of cockney after speaking to them for 6 hours by nods and shakes of the head into letting them believe they were speaking clearly. So simply put cut off your bulshit, no language is good or badly spoken,only thing that matters is can you convey your actual meaning of what you are saying,can the person you are talking to can understand you.

The list of countries Americans are 'not welcome', is much, much higher ... not that its dangerous, they're just not wanted ... and theres a much longer list where they can get in, but the citizens of the country will walk away from them, roll their eyes, make jokes behind their back and basically wish they hadn't come ... that would be most western countries.
