I buy most of my figures from Amiami, Akihabara Japan and Superbuy TaoBao TMall.
Mine broke in the exact same place but couldn't fix her because it's literally completely stuck in her foot 😭 She's standing just fine tho but still sad, she's my favorite bunny.
Oh no sorry to hear that, at least she’s standing so not noticeable? Have you tried using a hair dryer or a bit of warm water on the foot? Might help it get loose, but if she looks fine might not be worth doing She’s my favourite bunny also! Love her design
@@otakuoverlordx Yes it's not noticeable although I'm sometimes scared she'll fall over (but that's just the typical fear lol). I'm kinda scared of trying that, it's really jammed in there, the peg isn't sticking out at all but thank you regardless! Yes it's always so cool when they're doing something different than the typical bunny suit so she feels really unique and stylized! Other 1/4 scales I adore are Maid Eruru and Duke of York.
You could apply some sticky tac at the bottom of her foot to help add some safe adhesive if that gives you some piece of mind otherwise if she’s stable should be ok! Great choices on Eruru and Duke of York! You have very cool contrast of bunny figures!
@@otakuoverlordx I actually did that at first but it was bothering me after all so I took it off and so far she's been stable :D But I appreciate the advice! Thank you, admittedly when I started, I bought a lot of bunny figures randomly because I was impressed by their size (and still am haha). I've come to regret it because after a while every bunny looks the same except for the face. So I only want to get bunnies that feel special, my only exception would be Revy (Black Lagoon) since there can never be enough of her ^^
This was also my first 1/4 figure and it’s great, all the details are just more obvious because it’s larger! Revy is cool, loved the Black Lagoon anime! They don’t make anime’s like that and Cowboy Bebop much anymore
I saw Lupusregina Beta by Alter and CZ2128 Delta by FuRyu at AmiAmi in Radio Kaikan, if you're looking for them (or any of the older maid figures) now I recommend to check out Trader and Mandarake as they stock more figures that have been released for a while. You'll probably find Entoma Vasilissa Zeta at one of the AmiAmi stores still since she just got released this month! If i remember correct, usually those square boxes are rented by people to sell what they want thats why its super expensive. For cheaper 2nd hand goods, mandarake (even have an online store btw), surugaya, trader and trader 2 is my go to. Prices are usually more worth it there. I like mandarake a lot becoz you can get really good quality kuji items for cheap. Also surugaya/mandarake have a lot of stores throughout japan so if u are not planning to go tokyo, these are good stores to drop by.

im going to tokyo next week 🥹🙌 for the first time in japan 🇯🇵🫶 can't wait to check out these shops.. and on 6:48 there was a kosaka wakamo figure.. do you know if this was on stock there? cause i searched online and this figure was sold out everywhere i looked -.-
Nice!! Hope you have a lovely trip, make sure you check out the new amiami tower as well. The Kosaka Wakamo on the video (Nov 2023) was a prototype and was released about two months later, I’ve been trying to buy her too but without luck :( However you might have some luck looking in Traders as that has a lot of post release figures, Mandarake and Lashinbang also has some older figures too, good luck!
I wish I had spent more time in Ikebukuro when I visited, But it was heaving with people and the animate building had only just opened so moving was impossible 😆 I definitely need to book more cafes for my next japan holiday
Same! I was literally only there for an afternoon and some shops started closing in Bandai Namco when I went. Did you know Genshin is doing a collab in August at that cafe? It’s a shame I’ll miss it by a few weeks…
70% of stuff in Akihabara is grossly marked up to take advantage of clueless tourists. You can find 2500 yen prize figures for 7000 yen or more an Akiba, it's egregious.
@@Sam_Leo1 Basically just avoid all the independent stores on the main street of Akihabara, they are mostly a total rip off. The big stores like AmiAmi will have decent prices, but to get good deals you need to look around in the side streets, or go to other parts of Tokyo. I always find Lashinbang has some great deals, also Mandarake and Book-off. I highly recommend going to Nakano Broadway, but be aware there are good and bad stores there. Also, there are a lot of stores with acrylic boxes, these are rented out so their prices fluctuate a lot and they are hit or miss. Most people just resell recent figures in them, but some also have rare figures form personal collections.
