@@sawyer7191 Thanks for pointing that out! I actually discussed this with my friend (the opponent in the video). The point was recorded with a wide-angle camera on my phone at 30 fps, which can sometimes give a different impression on video compared to what I saw in real-time. I reviewed it frame by frame, zooming in at 0.1x speed, and since it’s only 30 fps, the frame capturing the exact moment of ball contact with the ground was missed. The first time I watched the video I had same impression that the ball landed in front of the white line, I regretted that why I made this bad call. But when I checked it careful that frame was just before it made contact with the ground, while it was still in midair. Checking the shadow below the ball, it's ambiguous - it might have caught the line by a very small margin, but it’s hard to say for sure. It was a super close call, and unfortunately, I don’t have Hawkeye for this. There’s actually a similar point at 4:42 that also looked in at first glance. But again, reviewing it at 0.1x and zooming in, it was clear that it wasn’t even close. And I have no reason to cheat; we're good friends just playing a practice set to improve our skills. If I did cheat, got benefit from it and felt guilty about it, I could’ve just delete this controversial point entirely which is very easy right.
@@niefeynman6206 ooooh I totally get that! I saw the other calls and realized you were being honest with your judgment and probably missed it! My apologies! Good, honest call!
😂this is the actual speed one, it's just the camera angle and height that make it look faster, and there is no point for me to upload a speed up one cuz it will look super weird
2 very strong players!!! Good game. There should be a netting between courts to prevent balls going over since this isnt any ball girls or ball boys .....
Your shots are so weak… obviously he can rip his forehand LOL does not help that your movement on the court is slow and clumsy He has no backhand at all
Those are the highlights of his forehands, and yeah, it looks like he's crushing every shot lol. My movement can be pretty clumsy, which is definitely a downside, but I've got other shots that can do some damage. So, our matches are almost always really close.
heavy slapping there. killer forehand. the only way is to attack his backhand and serve more, and mix it up with spins all around the court. nice play guys
@@DonYang73 you are right, and that is exactly what I try to do every time playing against him lol. This video actually shows what happens if I aim at his forehand haha
Didn't quite remember 2 or 3 :6 and he had shoulder injury at that time. He told me he won the STA Open with the shoulder injury that's why his serve was so slow when he played in the final lol
Thx for the advice, and actually for these months the main changes are just I chose to use abbreviated serve motion and adjusted the toss. May include more parts about the detailed progressions next time I make a video about serve evolution.
I just want to let you know that while i can't really learn anything from your playing, because I'm jsut that much better, your channel is very inspiring as I love to see lesser experienced player push forward and improve!
