Hi. Thank you for the video. Does this also work with the online version? I tried it, installed the fonts on my computer but I can't find them on my online word en powerpoint. I don't have the desktop apps. Thanks in advance!
Just to summarize: goto More shapes...- Software and Database - Software - UML Class - Association and you get a connector which allows for multiple text parts. Thanks for clear explanation !
Also, just put the cursor in the cell where you want to nest the table and Insert | Table. *Where you insert the table is just a function of where your cursor is when you Insert.
Tip A is helpful. Developer checkboxes is far too hard to deal with, can't simply write next to it without tons of fiddling around, wants to just check and uncheck itself. Thanks for the symbol trick.
Unless you have many other common things you do, making a template is a good thing but..... You should just make your own stencil and make changes there. So much easier and you can call it from any open visio Doc. Or you can edit the master defaults stencil files called CONNEC_M.VSSX and CONNEC_U.VSSX. AT YOUR OWN RISK. You will have to give yourself and ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES permission READ and WRITE. This will NOT change the Main default connector in the ribbon but it will allow you to change all the connectors in the Connectors stencil. make sure visio is closed and right click on the files and click EDIT.
