Serious answer: it doesn’t matter. Look at Google Earth for the closest boat ramp or public park on the water that’s within walking distance of docks. Get some cheap zippered dive boots or just lace up some old sneakers and get in the water and wade parallel to shore, cast up at the bank, seawalls, and under docks as you go.
@@alexanderren1097 everytime i fish docks (in malabar), the water is super stained. But i pretty much strictly get trout, even though im going for snook and redfish
shipping cost for a one piece 8 ft rod custom built in USA is a MIN 45 to 50 bucks t for the shipping cost ..Wholesale parts dealers like Mud hole for the blank to my door 8 bucks .What the FUK Why build to sell
Slot snook are not measured to the fork of the tail. 🚔 it’s Pinched tail to the longest part of the tail. Just remember, “Pinch the tail or go to jail”. 🎣🐟🐟🐟
Hey guys, thanks for the shoutout, first of all. And I sure wish I would have been there to try some of that blackened fish! It sure looked good from here! Great video, too, with some very valuable tips regarding tackle and bait.
Hey Tyler, Thanks for hanging out with us on the channel. We will be doing some seminars and other cool things at Bucktail Bait and tackle as we get into a bit cooler weather. Also lot's of giveaways as well. Stay tuned.
I was given a net15 years ago from someone that moved out of Florida. Now that we live here and I've seen this video...I'm anxious to start practicing in the yard. Great video my friends.
They can be a bit pricy but it kinda falls on how many features someone would look for in a kayak. The fact that the Kayak industry as a whole is the fasting growing part of the boating segment makes it easy for the different brands to demand a higher price as well. Most of them are all back ordered. You still can't buy a boat for the same price that hs the same feature set and the versatility.
I got 2 Kastking Spartacus ll's 3000 series Spinning Reels & they just work so smoothly for saltwater. My 1st fish was a 48" BullRed & my 2nd was a 34" 26lb Big Ugly. on a 7' MH Rod it handled those fish with no issues I run PowerPro 20lb Braid.
I'm on the Texas Coast & like most states you'll have to pay your registration fees for it at your local Fish & Wildlife Office & get your numbers to stick on, if your using a motor (trolling motors included) for public water use. I'll save that extra $60+ a year by getting the PDL, it's faster anyway. I'm waiting on 2 Big Water PDL'S to come back in stock at my local dealer so I can get into the Kayak Game! Old Town is the very best for the money (cheaper) & has the best warranty..
@@bakerbeeps3877 um hi. Dont know who u r. But literally back off. Ok. I dont want to get violent. I am the president of the james b (he let me call him that.... I bet) fanclub so BACK OFF cause when i see red its go time.
Hey Milton, Fantastic those Gar can get you in a tug of war. They are also really tasty when cut into nuggets and fried in cornmeal. Most people won't eat them but they were a mainstay for the native Americans. The roe is toxic so you have to watch out with the females but other than that they are really good.
Hey Gerry Yup solid reels We were really impressed with KastKing. they had a lot of really nice reels and a lot of other stuff that was really well made and their prices are great.
Wow, amazing how kayaks have developed from the old style river whitewater styles. Thanks for putting this together Dave, very informative, and best of all Made in the USA.
