We live in Texas with our crazy rescue pug Mango. Val is of Filipino descent, and Mani is of Iranian descent. As BIPOC creators who have traveled to 34 countries and 5 continents, we want to showcase plant-based versions of foods we’ve sampled during our travels, as well as dishes we grew up eating.
