Bro, I own a 2017 Prius and bought it new right off the lot and it has 250,000 miles. It has never gave me any issues and I never had to change its brakes. I’ve never owned a car like this. I would definitely buy a new one again!
FYI: you actually do not have to get into the vehicle to put the windows back up. Take the key out of the remote lock the doors (turn key to the left) with the key then lock them again and hold 2 seconds and they will close back up.
This vehicle works great for a EV to run around town on electric power, can do over 90% of my around town driving in electric mode! Then when you want to go to Mojave Desert you can use gasoline and have your jeep. It replaced my Jaguar I-Pace EV, but is 2 vehicles for the price of one, as I would never take the Jaguar off road.
MPGe is not an MPG rating. MPGe is how electrified vehicles are rated when under electric propulsion. As an example, the Tesla Model 3 is rated at like 140 MPGe. The MPGe part only applies when the 4XE is under electric propulsion. It's a formulaic thing the EPA cape up with to give consumers an apples to apples comparison of ICE vehicles to alternative fuel vehicles.
Great catch. So to my memory, I do remember the kick to open feature still functioning fine. But!!!! I did also hit the shin trying to do so. Which is what tow hitches are notorious for.
