@@Haleyx31 thats a easy one! Yes and yes 😉! Rockering makes it alot easier and less stressful on your joints. You CAN learn most of this without rocker, but its gonna be 10x as hard

@@trace1247 i apreciate the love for My work! Well.. Im gonna be a dad in a few weeks, so between that and work i dont think i will have the time.. Maybe just like a super quick run though of a trick or a combo, but not the high detail explanation with different exercises. Maybe il be back in a year or two, but I also feel like i Havent gotten that much more to teach. If you combine what i tought, you skate like im doing here 🙂

amazing man! where would you recommend looking (especially during turning/spinning), I usually look down at my feet, is that fine or does that hold back from making progress? what setup do you have?
@@schtefel thanks dude! Well its a bit hard to explain. I do 360 /Spins like you would a flip. By that i Mean i "snap a photo of where im going" in My mind. Then when i start the spin i look straight ahead and "Black out" My vision. This Both helps me not get dissy and it doesnt mess with the balance as much. Your vision sound be checking for "take off and landing procedurs" the rest is the body's auto pilot 🙂 This is also why some people can spin lets say 2 Spins and be totaly fine but become dissy doing 2,5 - 3, because they dont expect it or have yet to learn the feeling. TLDR - look up a bit for the balance nerve to be more like you would stand naturally, practice spining in socks on a hard floor, then try aiming for something close your eyes - spin and open open your eyes and you should be in the same position . This way you learn to rely on balance input and not vision input. Standing on one leg with your eyes closed is also a good way to learn that 🙂 sorry for the long rant! My setup is a Seba Trix skate with a FR 4D 2mm rockered frame 🙂

I have never read/seen this kind of explanation (I haven't fully grasped it tbh), even though I have searched in YT and Googling about how to spin (not just skating, also ice skating, dancing, etc) - they usually all tell the same concept of “focusing one point for as long as possible and then turning the head around quickly to as early as possible focus again on the same point, and with that it is just a matter of practice”. Congratulations on being a dad soon. I guess you cannot wait to see your kid having fun on the skates in the next years ;) If you still find time, this would actually be a great topic. Just put the camera somewhere in your house and talk, maybe show a couple of exercises spinning on the floor without skates on. May be a less time consuming video to produce ;) Which city do you live in? Why do you prefer that setup over for example Endless Frame (I got that one, and I think you had Endless or Wizard Frame in some of your older videos)? Not enough Rocker in the Endless Frame? How did you learn all of this Wizardry? All by yourself?
@@schtefel that is also a valid way of teaching it! And it is kind of also what im doing, i just move My head less. Haha yea she will be a spinny princess as her dad 🤣! I think i will find the time to still to SOMETHING.. it is just not at Complex as full trick tutorials, rather combos and tips and tricks that last maybe 2 minuts or so 🙂 Or like you suggest a little rant video on the mental stuff in balance.. I also have machinist, and measuring technician background so i really want to test products aswell like CT scan different wheel brands to actually see if Any wheel is better molded than others (porusity) . Im actually working on a measuring report between hub sizes and shape of 3 wheel brands, with some gd&t (GPS) measurments and graphical views. If i can get permission from My conpany i would like to make a little video about it. I think we have alot of glorification of certain brands without Any results or numbers to claim. So i would like to give the "real" picture.... Buuuuuut yea i think its gonna be a no from My work place unfortunatly.. I would enjoy the Endless frame and have had the 80x4 and loved it, i just really enjoy the lenght and super fast rocker of a slalom setup. Wizard frames gets too long for My opinion and liking. But its All about what you enjoy🙂 but a slalom setup is a alot cheaper than a wizard setup. Ofcourse My setup is carbon and expensive but man... A complete FRX skate is the same money like a budget wizard frame (Rockin' - Roka - Yoyo - Endless) so its super easy to get acces to. Thats why i started out in those 🙂 Im All self taught yea 🙂 i really have no one to skate wizard with so its All trial and terror haha.. And studying the mushroomblading guys 🙂
@@wheels_in_balance Wow it's really astounding how you got to that level all by yourself! I am also pretty much alone on the journey, there are really barely any skaters around, let alone outside of big cities, what a pity :/ What drives you to get more and more wizard-ly? I often find myself just doing the same tricks and skate around through town because it is sooo enjoyable, which means I miss out on practicing new individual skills or getting more creative (I feel like especially in terms of creativity some buddies would help bc everyone has his/her own still and things that they're good at). How many years have you been doing the wizard stuff for?
They Are standart Seba Trix triangle cuffs 😄 they have Flex more like a aggressive skate so they Are easier to bend, but requires more strenght in your ankels 🙂

@@Dr.AlexFxMed thank you 🙂🙏 unfortunatly i dont have Any tricks that is ment for confined spaces.. Well on a slalom setup everything is quicker, but All the pivots and some small Spins should be doable 😄

@@TheSoundOfRollerblading yep i have owned: 5x76 rockin and original wizard 5x72 rickin 4x100 NN 4x90 Rockin 80/90 mix 5 Rockin Endless Arc But I like the 4x80 with 2mm rocker the best :)
@@wheels_in_balance I understand that. I started riding on frx myself, also 2mm rocking. There are still companies, I won't mention them now... but there is what you need))
