No Corvair exhaust sound beat my '65 140 with dual IECO tuned "trombone" exhausts. Sounded like an XKE Jag. Sorry, no video. Beautiful engine compartment though!
I have ridden 5 Victory Motorcycles, 05 Kingpin, 03 V92, 08 Vision, 11 Cross Roads and a 2017 Octane, Love all of them, helped a buddy sell his 2015 Road King, took it for a ride, had 70 miles on it, didn't compare to any of the Victory Motorcycles. I hadn't ridden since 1985 bought all 5 motorcycles last year as covid limited us to what we could do. Started riding and everything just evolved. 6200 miles last season and 10500 last summer, will have 7,000 miles by the time we head back north. Cheers
I'm having an issue with my 64 turbo, she's idling too high, and running too rich. I think I can fix the fuel mixture by adjusting my carb, but I'm not sure about the idling issue? Any ideas?
Beautiful Corvair. You may want to put a turn down tip on the muffler to prevent the exhaust from melting or turning the paint black on the rear valance.
Sounds good, what intake and cam are you running plus who makes the headers, that used to be the barrier to real power above 5000 rpm, unless you were willing to cut into the inner fenders
Very nice 66. I wanna put a low deck stroker in a 64 valiant convertible someday. It doesn't look very easy in the early a-body. I guess big cube small block would do just as well especially really lightened up with aluminum parts
