Hey guys! My name is Sierra Zagarri and I make videos about owning my indoor playroom, Grandma's Playroom, and FIDGETS! I am also a mother to two boys, AJ and Charlie, who sometimes make appearances in my videos! So glad you are here and can't wait to share my love of Fidgets and my playroom with you all!
I think you were really polite and friendly and offered a solution. (come back at 11 or make a reservation) I am sure they were just disappointed and didn't know how to regulate their feelings.
Ah customers can't please them all i work in a supermarket and I be kind to everyone some people are just having a bad day or in a mood cant please them all but we try to :) thanks for sharing this side of the job
Also, based on your comment history on this channel it looks like you like to focus on the negative. So I'm going to take a wild guess and say you'd act just like these people in the video.
They were rude because they absolutely did NOT listen to her explanation. The first lady cut her off entirely. When being corrected, which is what they were upset about, you listen and learn. They were being given instructions on how to prevent *their* mistake and they chose to just blame her for their lack of understanding.
They were so rude about it for no reason! Its not your fault you have to stick to it for safety! They atleast could have been nice and taken a card even if they threw it away!
I wonder if the first two were mad that you would not bend the fire code for them. You clearly state on your website and social media that reservations are recommended. There is no way they didn't know.
It shows that you’re an owner and manager that not only cares about your business, but you understand that you’re business cannot run successfully without the staff that you have hired so treating them with respect and treating them as they should be treated surprisingly goes along way when you have a good solid fun environment. People are gonna want to work there. They’re gonna go above and beyond and keep doing the amazing job that you and your staff are doing. I’m ever in your area. I am definitely without a hesitation, making a reservation for my kids to play at your playground.
Some people just don’t understand. You can’t just have an unlimited amount of people in a small building. And the fact that they didn’t want to take a card. I think you state it very well on your website. It’s just like a nail or hair salon. They can take walk in’s if they want, but if they ended up being full they can’t take anymore people until someone leaves or they have no reservations.
Really?! The first lady was made when she looked online and it says open play until you reach capacity. And she will blame you and not herself for not reading everything on the website.
They make a rolling shop magnet for car shops/garages might be a worthwhile buy for rare instances such as this? They make small and large versions. They kind of work like a vacuum. Except its a magnet lol
That is a smart way to run your business. When my daughter was little we avoided the places that were always over packed. It was always chaotic and not much fun for her. Plus you have happy employees because they don't feel overwhelmed either.
