Hey bro, found this video while researching muay thai/MMA/boxing gyms for a training holiday to Thai next year. It was a really useful and detailed review, you planning to upload any more? I really liked the way you showed the entire training session, some other reviews just show a couple of minutes of highlights and don't even cover the warm up, jump rope, stretching, cool down etc. Maybe for future videos you could even go further and just show the full 2 hour session, like the unedited raw footage, to really get a feel for what the training is like? Btw you look bloody good for someone who has only done a few sessions. I've been training for a few months and don't look that fluid. One question how did you cope training in the heat, I know you said most gyms don't have AC/fans, how much did you sweat when training? I'm from England too and not sure how I'll cope ha

Funnily enough, I was already anticipating doing that so I will make sure that happens. The heat was fine you just have to become accustomed to it - go there in as much shape with the healthiest heart. You'll adapt to the rest. It's better to restructure your mindset to the heat rather than trying to resist it. Feels better for the joints and the fluidity for sure. Just see it as a hard push mentally and physically and the drink after tastest extra delightful.

I agree. Nate starts problems when he is 50 deep. I've never seen him do shit by himself. Plus, he sucks all around. Nate could be getting killed and say it's 2 more rds. I was going to win, and fans agree.
