Using that extra protein effectively and having good protein synthesis for muscle growth (including strength, not just size) is entirely dependent on good hormone profiles and a broad range of adequate daily vitamins and minerals. Beef mince and rice won’t give you that. Would be interested to know if you are eating other things sufficiently, supplements, and if doing any blood test checks to ensure hormonal profile is optimised. Good luck!
