Mine turns off after on for 1 sec. I can see an image coming in on camera but turns off so fast I can’t click anything 😢 return policy expired 2 days ago and I was out of town till now so I couldn’t test sooner

hello I bought a720p camera, but I have no signal, the lines of guidance appear, but it says no signal and black image. I did all the connections, I selected the ahd 720p, I even cut the white wire.. but nothing..still no signal.. what I'm doing wrong?

hi, you also sent us an email, right? If so, please check email. For this kind of problem, it is usually caused by incompatible video format, 720p camera always produces 30hz/ntsc video signal, please make sure that your monitor supports it. Thank you
hi，sorry about that. Our camera can't connect to an apply carplay device directly by 4pin connector, it should work with a monitor with RCA video input and support 1080P 25HZ. Thank you
The quality of recording images is not good. The recorded video file is only at 720p resolution even though the camera is at 1080p resolution and the recorded images are not really sharp.
@@greenyi2 Hopefully greenyi can update the software to have the option to record 1080p for sharp review. Try installing a 512gb micro sd card and see if it supports it, then 4 cameras recording 1080p is not a problem :D
@@greenyi2 Basically, the product is quite good. I really like its functions. The screen that automatically dims when it gets dark could be better, and the audio recording seems a bit muffled.
