In a best of one format Raging Bolt is king.

If dragapult didn’t exist the noivern/cornerstone deck would actually be insane in this meta. Noivern ex is immune to raging bolt, cornerstone can’t die to zard and I haven’t seen them run enough colognes to work through it. Corner stone is immune to lug is vstar, and noivern is immune to Lugia v, noivern is immune to drifloon and gardi, it’s really just dragapult gatekeeping that list from what I can think of. If someone can find a way to deal with dragapult with that deck then it could actually be really scary in my opinion.

Based off the translation for tatsu you can put any pokemon down like Kingdra

Hisuian Zoroark is coming out of the Binder. Stall actually has a win con into Lugia now. Charizard, being number 1 makes the most sense. I'm not sold on giant tree but I'll test with it.
