G-clamp won't work for the back brake piston since you need to turn and press at the same time. You'll need a brake tool designed for this purpose-it makes the process much easier
And as an Automotive Technician of 22 years i would tell them sorry our insurance policy does allow anyone in the shop that is not an employee of fear you will get hurt and sue us.. aka the oil he was draining can easily be 180 to 220°F and will easily burn you and if that doesn’t get them to move you tell them it will stain their clothes and ifs it’s diesel oil then it will also stain their skin and is difficult to get off and if that does not get them to walk away, then I would just simply walk away
