Ormond beach is one of the most polluted places in the US. It is a superfund site: Halaco. cumulis.epa.gov/supercpad/SiteProfiles/index.cfm?fuseaction=second.cleanup&id=0901242
Hiker here, thank you for showing this. I’m always looking for places to explore and I loved your video showing how it is from top. Got my sub. More like this please 🙏
Es para que no se inunde para Colima y la ciudades como Sun Valley y todas las que siguen tienen que restaurarla para que siga sirviendo no seas pendejo
There is so much water in the lake now,It only dried up due to the drought and to top off the fires back in 2013( I think) where the helicopters were using the water to put out the fires,I have lived up there for 25 yrs over looking the lake and never had it dry up like that before. It was dry for years untill the recent rains, It has been so full in the past where it overflows to the golf course.I like your video but you make it sound like Lake Elizabeth has never had water in there before.I am so thrilled that there is so much water in there now, and has the fish back:)
Perkins. Peaks up and down the beach, with warm offshores. Very sharkey from the shit plant. Didn't matter to us, we were young, and in tune. Great memories.
Thank you for your beautiful video, love it! We take this drive every year . We just returned home from an Awesome drive from West Palmdale to Lake Elizabeth and Lake Hughes. And of course we stopped off and had a delicious meal at the historic Rock Inn. It was a beautiful drive with the poppies and wildflowers in bloom. We also went to the poppy reserve and was disappointed because there were hardly any poppies in bloom there!
Some huskies are fine off lead others are a lot more difficult, each dog is an individual, mine can go off in some places but forests and wood land are more difficult so to be safe I use a long line , he's got an extremely high prey drive
She's boyfriend hunting. If she see's a boy dog, have a seat and wait coz you'll have buckleys of getting her to listen 😂 Absolutely zero chance 🤣 Its all good tho.
Since adopting her, we'd heard so many do's and don'ts with huskies, mostly don'ts - don't leave them at home alone, don't adopt unless your backyard fence is 10 feet high, and one thing we kept hearing, don't ever let them off leash. I'm glad we've dispelled some of these myths because she's so happy running around in her element. We'll keep at it cause she does run off if she gets out of the house, which is why I'm trying to train her to come back when I call her. Thanks for watching.
It is used to re-inject collected water into the water table. Water both seeps into the ground and is collected by pumps and sent underground for natural recycling.
A Thresher shark, thresher shark species have been listed as vulnerable by the World Conservation Union since 2007 (IUCN).[2] They are popular big-game sport fish, and additionally they are hunted commercially for their meat, livers (for shark liver oil), skin (for shagreen) and fins (for use in delicacies such as shark-fin soup). Despite being active predatory fish, thresher sharks do not appear to be of threat to humans. For you PETA folks, we eat them.
I grew up surfing Arnold rd just south of the water treatment plant. There used to be a chain link fence about 50yds out in the break. If u drifted left of it the naval patrol would come out and run u off. You def are leaving out some of the hazards surfing this area. HPL used to regulate who surfed or parked down by the pier cuz no outsiders were welcome.
So after the 94 quake I drove through there quite a bit commuting to Palmdale and UCLA to work on the co-gen plant. What were the HUGE fish I would see jumping? Stripers?
I remember driving through the poppy fields on my way to work at the county hospital in Lancaster every day! And sheep 🐑 herders kept their sheep 🐑 out there! The hospital is gone now and the jail was next door! I wish I could see my old house! I think you have to pay to go through the poppy fields and there are strict rules to stay on the trails! Just seeing those fields took my breath away!😅❤
No, actually it's dad has very little sight left and needs to feel where to position the nut in the device. The shells are really thick as you can see. Each one needs a couple pulls on the handle to crack it - that whole bucket took has four hours! Thanks for watching.
