You don’t want the band to lose tension during the exercise. Good video man, it’s a shame a lot of people don’t know about some of the advanced training techniques.
MB slams are a great way to increase total body power by connecting your upper and lower half through your trunk. This particular variation challenges single leg stability while also challenging the core through dynamic flexion of the spine! Try them out and let us know what you think. @@rustamhajiyev2531
I really like this, everything aout this exercise seems great, the force curve, the accessibility, the capacity for progressive overload, gonna haveto try this out
Wow this is beautiful I actually have worked out for a long time but have somehow yet to think of or see anyone do this variation with those I forget what they’re called I usually do it on a flat bench with weights but this is great
Not necessary to be ''big'' or have mass to throw far- this is the problem with US javelin throwers, the idea that mass/strength equals longer throws. Special/throwing power, quickness, jumping ability and technique help throwing distance and prevents injury way more consistently than gaining mass and strength in the gym. The fact that javelin throwers gain power from the run pretty much negates both comparison to baseball pitchers and the need for more mass.
Bro I just bought some under armor cleats that look just like thos black and white ones but mine are light but have the same bottom. Would they still be good?
