I've watched this doc about 12 times already and never caught that during the ' New Puritans ' production the male dancer had to wear two left platform shoes for the performance due to their rarity...hilarious !....though I have compassion .
i loved this!! it really showed the human work behind the finished product, i have lots of respect for olivier but even more so for his team, these people are literally bringing dreams to life
@@dxnce7593 Virgil hadn’t done anything with making this documentary. He made a website called FREE GAME, laying framework knowledge for creating your own fashion/clothing brand, and this doc is shown as inspiration. Virgil was/is/will always be a legend
I love how homemade this documentary feels its like a guy who knows Marc just brought a camera followed him around, interviewed all his friends, his collaborators and cut it all together. Very Inspiring!
Virgil brought me here & is also a very humbling reason of how, I will creatively lead an extremely marvelous company. no matter how long it takes and no matter the project.
I know words don't bring anyone back but I miss his talent so much in the fashion world. It is quite sad the "reality" we have moved into! Nothing feels the same anymore and I am left to wonder why I did not move to a reality where he was still making amazing fashion and I with him. Farewell my friend, hope to run into you somewhere soon.

I commented on 2 videos today, and both of them I was the 111 LIKE!! I love Olivier Rousteing work so much, the talent is beyond beautiful! At the end, when his mother approaches him, and he walk out right away, I can feel he was still mad at her for giving him up, also she did want to take the opportunity to say something "nice" IN FRONT OF CAMERA, but he felt the fakeness of it ! GOOD FOR HIM !!
Great documentary...I'd recommend dropping the background music back in the beginning...to much and is a distraction. Seems a lot better throughout the rest of the movie...overall, nicely done!!
