This is not the Mr. Bungle that the vast majority of Mr.Bungle fans are hoping to see. Sure...throw a few of the Raging Wrath songs into the set...but the brilliance of the Mr B sound is in its stylistic range not just its rage. I couldn't sit through a full set of this...even at age 25 I would have gotten bored after 4-5 of these songs...at age 50+ (which most Mr B fans are at this point) there's little to no chance. I need peaks and valleys to a musical performance...screaming at red line speed for 45 minutes isn't particularly interesting.
Concert intense. Ce soir-là, il fallait choisir entre Tropical Fuck Storm et Mannequin Pussy... cruel dilemme, mais il n'y avait pas de mauvais choix. ;)
