Love how most of the cast have at least one parental figure that is (almost) not present Potential spoilers btw, more specifically for royal Joker's parents are never seen and they don't contact them once during the time he is gone Ryuji had an abusive dad Ann's parents are constantly away on business trips etc Makoto's parents are both dead, if I remember correctly Futaba's mum is dead and she never had a dad (aside from Sojiro, but they're not related by blood) Haru's dad was killed and her Mum is never mentioned I believe Akechi's mum is dead and his dad is, well.. an asshole Morgana is literally a creature from the depths of mementos and also doesn't have parents as far as we know The only potential exception is Sumire. We know she has a dad and although I'm not sure of her Mum is explicitly mentioned, it's not mentioned that she died.

Akechi is pretty much a teen edgier Vergil...
