This is a great captain type of card! I love how it supports the cheaper cost creatures, and how it's strength comes from balancing out your Deck in that way. Great balancing! Good work!
Goblin Skeleton might be super control oriented now. You have Bloodthirsty and Soul Scream, and Soul Scream in Goblins just makes it better due to them notoriously spamming little guys on the board who die quick. Then you can facilitate heavy Goblin spam with Crystal combos using Arrowist
Since Duratis is Neutral Faction, he is a 3 cost 2/5 creature that also boosts other creatures 1/1 or 1/3 depending on stipulations met. The Spellbook is actually insanely good with cards like Shatterstone, Chalice, and any other functional staple 1 cost cards. Also combined with Hawkwood in a Mage Pirate deck, you get some extreme levels of Crystal + hand advantage value. May possibly replace Blood Drunk strategy entirely ALL THOUGH, Brainless Scroblin being a literal 0 cost body that replaces itself is as FREE of a body as the word can be defined in the dictionary. Shatterstone is definitely IMO top 5 cards in your game power wise. I think still that Amulet of Greed is better and that one Pirate Card I forget the name of that lets you discard your opponents cards up to the number of cards you drew. Wicked Witch and I think it's a Mage Faction card that has something to do with Fire that also discards? I think those 4 cards are a little better than Shatterstone overall but you already know my opinions hahaha
"Duratis, Frost Dragon" has an anthem effect which grants +1/+1 to all neutral faction creatures, does it benefit itself? Sorry if this is a silly question I don't know the rules
