Thank you Dr. Lynch. I just rediscovered you. I read your book, Living Beyond Limits, back in the 1990's. Great to see this inspiring video, a reminder that the true aim of competition is to inspire mutual growth between you and your competitor.
Through much digging, I found this video - as a result of first landing on www.wayofchampions.com/ I like your approach, Dr. Lynch. The principals you espouse are similar to the ones that I've developed over 35 years of teaching. Very similar to the approach Tom Sheely taught as a golf coach.
Listening to this and your other clips is pure spiritual and mental GOLD. I really wonder why so few people seems to have seen these clips. Your teaching has and is opening up a whole new world or dimension to sport and life for me. THANK YOU SIR!
