This is helpful. I just hired one and I needed a little help with trying make sure she’s trained properly and has a desire to stay and not get discouraged from not taking clients so soon
I'm not to the point of hiring an assistant. But I intend to, so I have a training program layed out and planned out the transition from assistant to stylist

Hi. Great video. I have high porosity dry hair. Not particularly damaged, just fine delicate strands. I've got the numbers 0, 3 & 7. How ofen should I use the 0 & 3?
@@janetsdrawstation Hi. I would buy the 3 if you don't want to get both. The 3 is the main bonder which works well with the 0. The 7 is the oil which I use a little of to seal my ends once I've moisturised.
