My channel is mostly outdoor related. I do have some other videos, but for the most part it is for men and women interested in outdoor sports. Most of my stuff is self filmed from the woods of Pennsylvania. I try to make my videos informative and interesting with various outdoor activities. Check out some of my videos and subscribe if you like. As always, Thanks for Watching!
In my area I heard lots of gobbling before season a little the first week as I put a good bit of time in also I just couldn't get a bird to work with me but I enjoyed all the time in the woods we will try again next spring🦃
Just got the 3-4 person TideWe for $151.51. They have a sale going on and used a $20 off coupon. I'm excited to try it out! I'm thinking I'm gonna try to leave it out year around and spray it with UV Protectant and Seam Sealer everytime I go to fill the feeders. I want the game to get used to it and think it's a part of the environment. We'll see how it holds up. Thank you for the review.
We're gonna give it a try.....I've pretty much given up on turkey. Haven't seen or heard much since I got that one second day. I know they're around there somewhere.
I was up there the other day with the Girlfriend. We weren't fishing but a lot of people were. Seen one guy had two from earlier but didn't see anyone catching anything. We did see a couple nice bass from the tip of the island. I was surprised to see a bass that big in that lake.
@@Windwalker706 Yea that is surprising I’ve seen some big bass in there b4. Seen an absolute monster palomino when I was up there 2-3 wks ago swimming close to shore. Seems as though up there I always do well on minnows, white rooster tail, and night crawlers. I’ve seen you have success up there with the silver and blue kast master. Hoping to get up there this weekend. Does any local clubs stock up there anymore? Thought years ago Trent had a club but not sure, good luck.
I used the Sawyer brand and did the same experiment. They took a few steps flipped over and died very quickly. Doesn’t seem your concentrate isn’t as good.
I know the double bull blinds do very well in keeping one dry during rain. How does the tidwe blind do in rain? Also, the double bull blind lasts for many years. How does the tidewe blind hold up over the years?
I've had the Tidewe blind set out since late March for turkey season here in Pennsylvania. So far it has held up quite well. Our first week was rain about every day. I spent quite a few hours in it and stayed dry. So far I really like the blind. I got one turkey out of it so far. You can see it in a couple of my newer videos. I accidentally referred to it as my Temu blind in the one video where I had trail cameras around it after setting it up.

They have extremely good eyesight and are afraid of everything....very skittish. Lots of predators that would like a turkey dinner. They are bullies though. The bigger Tom's like to fight with lesser Tom's in the spring. They have a pecking order. That's where that phrase comes from. They are constantly fighting and picking at others that are lesser. They are hard to hunt because they see everything and very wary.
I know you mentioned the Hand Pump wears you out, but roughly how long would it take to pump by hand? Just getting into it and still waiting for rifle to arrive, so trying to make a decision on pump or compressor beforehand. I don't mind the effort - unless it is going to take me an hour etc. Cheers.
Initially when you get the gun. The Cylinder should be empty. It will probably take about 20 minutes if you didn't take breaks...(you'll want breaks) After that, it depends on how much you shoot and how empty it is. Maybe 5-10 minutes. It will get your heart racing and is a bit of a workout. I'm 59 years old. A younger, healthier person might enjoy the workout. I do not.
Im in the same position as you waiting to get my pcp rifle.i was considering getting a hand pump.last week my trailer tyre developed a slow puncture and i had to pump it up by hand 3 times within 2 hours i was tired.im now getting a vevor pump.
@@frago1969 for me I'm using pcp for pest hunting and not target shooting so the amount of shots will be less and therefore the frequency of pumping less. I'm waiting on a Reximex Meta Plus or Throne once they get into the country.
Nice vid, went up to kooser Saturday and caught 4, one pretty nice rainbow. Love it up there. You should do an inaugural autograph signing up there every year.
Lol.....I'm not that famous...haha. It is nice up there. I saw a decent sized pike that day I was there. I didn't do as good as I had hoped. I haven't been doing very good this year for some reason. I've had people catch them all around me.... while I wasn't catching a thing. Had that happen a few times this year. Sounds like you did pretty good up there. They seem to stock some nice ones in there.
@@Windwalker706 haha I’d say you are you do a great job promoting our local hunting and fishing community. And I think I know what you are talking about I was over at the picnic table by the spill way where you usually go and I seen em too. Thing was absolutely massive. And I haven’t had greatest luck either but kooser is prob my fav spot. Thx for the reply take care.
