Retarded I understand you get fitted if you're a professional fit me for a ball boo boo but if your average player you can't hit a regular ball why the f*** would you get a better ball stupid

Johnathan, when I started the Golf Smarter podcast in 2005, I'd only been playing for a couple years and knew very little about how to play the game, let alone geeking out on the nuances of equipment. I know much more now, but there's still a long way to go. Stay tuned!

To loosely quite Soly from NLU, it’s incredibly impressive that the cameraman can track the ball in the air but it offers NOTHING to the viewer. Doesn’t provide any context whatsoever. The best part of viewing tournaments live is the ability to stand directly behind the players and watch the ball flight. I wish we had low cameras directly behind the approach shots so that we could actually see the golf shot instead of the result.
An awful lor of words, just like the book, but with no actual suggestions as far as I can tell. He needs to have someone else describe his ideas, if he has any, for him - he can't do it.

I’ve been following Jerome since the beginning of his journey. He has some incredible instructors/ coaches with a LOT of golf wisdom. He also is a quick learn and absorbs what these experts teach him (which most of us mere mortals do not) 🙄 He also does a nice job in his production 👍🏻
I learned under tony at college of the desert he was my mentor I enjoy these interviews he keeps the swing simple unlike other pros who break you down and get to technical that style of teaching doesn't work you need to swing with good tempo and on a pendulum same distance back and through on a straight line axis with very little movement in your lower body with your weight on your left side with you right elbow relaxed at address
Tony had a great short game he was a good chipper and putter we used to have putting contests with him all the time at college of the desert it was one of my great memories of him his legacy will live on in our hearts forever thanks for everything tony you are one of a kind

Tony once gave a golf lesson to justin Timberlake right in front of the golf management program tony was a special one he had all the confidence in the world he was our inspiration and he believed in all of us and gave us confidence to believe in ourselves and our abilities to succeed in life no matter if we became golf pros or chose other avenues in life there will never be another tony he was truly a special talent
I understand being fitted, and I was with a set of Mizunos, but just how many reputable fitters are really out there and how would I know if he knows his stuff when I'm an inconsistent, high handicapper?
That is called the placebo effect. These charlatans don’t have mystical powers. Breaking bricks? Give me a break. Buy a brick at a gardening store. Then place the brick about 3 feet off a cement sidewalk. Drop the brick. Now, you have pieces of brick. Take another brick. This time, grasp firmly on one end. Gently tap the brick on the edge of a wooden table at a 45 degree angle (use about the same amount of force you would use to knock on a door). The brick will break cleanly in half. Bricks are hard, but very brittle. They are made of clay. Breaking bricks is not impressive.
So I want a simulator to make me better because I'll now have extra time because I'm not limited to Darkness as well as schedule so I go purchase a simulator knowing I can shorten my club thus effecting distance and poor posture habits and who knows what else and then think I can carry all my practice into the real world? "We developed this science" lol This laughable and is completely pointlessly.
