Had a similar problem snowmobiling and by pure luck ran into a group of doctors also riding, one was a surgeon so I asked what does he use on his glasses during surgery. He recommended a drop of dish soap on each lens on both front and back, rub the lens with a soft cotton cloth until the haze disappears. Never had another problem.
@xavierrodriguez7282 it's a guide to show you the minimum size you can keep. For example if you are only allowed to catch fish 5 inches or bigger, but I give you a measure stick that is 6 inches. Then any fish you catch that are 5 inches you would throw back even though you are allowed to keep them. Making it harder for you to keep fish. But this guy is over exaggerating it. Look how he measure the first one. Awkwardly and on a angle so you can't really see it. Then the other one he , all of a sudden, knows how to hold it and the tape measure right to give the camera a good view.
