Please, aap is baare me branch se hi baat kare to behtar hoga. Because mere saath bhi same problem thi unhone mujhe other card(millennia, money-back) offer Kiya tha but meri demand thi mujhe 1st time me hi life time free platinum card chahiye. Unhone bahut aana kaani ki but aakhir me maan gaye kyoki meri request maanne keliye unhe physical form wala process use karna hoga jisme mehnat and time dono jyada lagta hai.
Mujhe bank ne offer Kiya tha ki wo jo bhi card mujhe denge wo free hi hoga but agar charges lagte hai to aapko wo aapko bank refund kar denge. Isiliye aap bank se is baare me puri tarah se confirm ho jayiye. Warna baad mein charges lag sakte hai.
Agar aapko money-back se problem nhi hai to koi baat nhi hai but agar aapko problem hai to bank ko kahiye ki wo free me aapka card change karaye kyoki new card issue karne ka hdfc charge cut karte hai

Aaram se 1 week wait kijiye aapka Sara kaam automatically ho jayega but agar aapko kisi bhi step par koi problem ho to aap hdfc bank customer care (18001600) par call kar apne doubt unse puch sakte hai. Jaha tak baat debit card show karne ki ho to ek baar aapke mobile banking app par aapka KYC Y show hone lage uske 2 din ke andar aapka debit card app par show hone lagta hai.
