I am mostly known for serving my community with up to the minute pro bono weather updates - yes, it’s not always perfect weather in Hawai’i! People often refer to them as “tita bun” updates, as most days you’ll find me in yoga pants and a mom bun. I'm passionate about community safety.
I love to coach media trainings, teach FREE CPR classes (email me for a Zoom class), host events, and (do my best to) inspire people at my speaking engagements. Our family loves to be in the ocean, travel, make music, and live life to the fullest! XO
I love him, I think I bought every CD, got one every time I was in Hawaii. I love HIS love for his people, his culture, and they way he is passing it on to the younger generation. He is truly a gem.
2 days after cs, my wife got it😢 so awful and heartbreaking to watch her medicine wont help much... but after my grandma cook "angciu" + chicken and pork..my wife eat it and next morning she never had that painful headache again till now u guys can search for that chinese ancient recipe and make it... its cheap about 2-5$ and we got it from generation to generation for women after delivering
I’m going Thur this now and it sucks ny neck is so soar an stiff an I can’t move barley I was stuck twice to an I’m under a lot of pain God knows how long does this last I want to go back to myself I don’t like this feeling at all also what pain meds are y’all on ?
Thank you for sharing this. When I got my epidural, the anesthesiologist mentioned the headache risk, but acted like it was very rare, if they happened they could easily fix it with a blood patch. I wasn’t really sure I believed him, but thankfully I didn’t have any ill affects afterwards from that one. But now I’m pregnant again, this is why I don’t want to get an epidural. I would way rather be in pain before the baby, and know there’s an endpoint, then risk being debilitated afterwards, but I’m sure the hospital will act like I’m silly to be worried about this.
