Hi Liam, I like how you have summarised your organisation and how you get things done. I have been trying several different productivity hacks and systems and edging ever closer towards finding a system that works for me and which is also lightweight (has a low admin overhead). What you described helps me to visualise. My only caveat is that this will work for people who are already familiar with different systems. By the way, I tried notion for a few years but have moved away from it as it didn't work for me. Anyway, I look forward to your next video.
The ideas and frameworks are all exactly the same no matter the system you are using. Even pen and paper. The foundations are all the same. As I said in the video, I only know what works for me and I hope to inspire someone else to think about what works for them. What is stopping you from using what you already have?
By reflecting. You need time alone, time without distraction. You need to ask yourself these questions, and they are hard questions, but you don’t want to end up with someone else’s life.
I’m not really a notion tutorial kinda of channel. You could for sure find videos to do this out there. You don’t ‘need’ notion calendar, it’s not the tools it’s the system. Try putting your tasks in your calendar for 2 weeks and see how you go with this first. :)
