You people lack simple understanding, u said 4 years ago, a plot of land there is sold for 15 million Naira, and now it's 40 million Naira, what is dollar rate in 4 years ago, 15 million naira 4 years ago is what about 80 to 90 million Naira in today's rate, land dosen't appreciate in Nigeria, what happens is that our currency depreciates.
Why would I live anywhere else? No way! If only the estates in the area can map out a CBD for businesses & a market. It will complement the residential boom in the area.
Nice one, congratulations!🎉💃❤There is no regulation on anything in Nigeria, people just wake up and increase prices of anything.Seems like a lovely career, you are having fun at work.😅Cheers.
Thank you 😊 The increase in a property depends on the neighborhood and the fast development in the environment. Now people have started building around the area and also with the fact that it’s inside a secure estate in centenary city it will keep increasing. Thank you so much 😊
This your Governor Mbah is not working at all, look at all the bad roads in Enugu.A year on,governor mbah has only managed to resurface tran nkulu road and a few ajoining lanes.😅 Not good enough!! Two things l dont get about Nigeria, why dont people protest when the government is not working?Secondly,Why cant all these big properties in this area come together, donate money and build the roads in their area?People dont always have to wait for government that may never come. Why is constructing roads a rocket science in Nigeria?lt is one of the easiest things here in England.Nice one though Victoria, sending you blessings and love. ❤Cheers!
Thank you sir, i understand your thoughts. Hopefully the government will work faster and do better. As for companies helping out, i think there is a policy and conditions that come with it, that’s why they haven’t done anything yet because i know some developers and companies that would like to do that but because of some reasons they don’t.
No body is talking about the fake 180 days water project, soon it will be a history and the praise singers will come on the social media to hail him. He has borrowed huge some of money towards the water project which has increased the debt of the state. We are watching him.
You are talking about what don’t know for you to say that Enugu is underdeveloped is it because you are a land agent for that you think that you know Enugu state. For your information Enugu state is developed reason is that Enugu have over is developed with over 10 sub cities being developed.
Enugu state is vastly underdeveloped. It is only the city of Enugu that is developed and Nsukka. In Anambra state almost all the towns are connected with tared road. With 3 cities and building the 4th urban city. So many towns are also well developed too. Like Nkwele, Oba, Ogidi, Umunze, Nnobi, Alor, Abagana, Agulu, Uli, Ihiala and so many other towns.
Streets inner roads landlords is supposed to help to do their roads with concrete cement interlock as you can obtain in Lagos they can approach government to assist them
That’s a nice suggestion sir, i think they have rules that govern this, i have heard some stories why they don’t do that here but am not so sure. Hopefully more landlords will work on doing that.
It seems like governor Mba is transforming Enugu gradually...but the problem is Enugu doesn't have wide roads like Owerri...Thanks for the update watching from Jakarta...
Yes it is, i think it has something to do with the government plan, we have had a situation where they can’t work on a street road because it’s too wide.
Inside Kateland estate is 12m Conquest is 11-12m Around it is the same unless you want closer to the major road which would be 15-20m Then inside winners estate is 25m (only one plot remaining) You can get as low as 3.5m to 8m in that same location but it’s a little inside. You can WhatsApp me on 09135032736 so that we can discuss what you be and help you achieve it.
