Like if you came here just because you were thinking about The Tempest. I don’t go to school. I just enjoy Shakespeare from time to time and sometimes I think about it.
@@Absoluteabyssalfluidcharger between this and The dark lady, I'm really starting to believe he was. His last plays... At least I think where in protest to Crown and their actions.
Sorry but i find it FUCKING AWESOME not only upon realizing that is Tchaikovsky's skull but that you can even leave your body to be used in Hamlet. It's morbid of me to say but i so would do that being such a theatre buff and lover of Shakespeare myself i cannot think of a better way to make out my will :D
@@lillymsf5946 Ok, apparently QI and some other places spelled it wrong, but even they admit it is definitely the less famous Andrei Tchaikowsky, as opposed to Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
I came here specifically for the first 14 seconds of this scene to here them loop him screaming. It's the exact scream twice, like he's singing a song 😆
Lots of things your teacher could be talking about. Most likely, they want you to think about the complexities of the words we use. Words have denotations- the definitions. However, we also have emotions that we associate with words in different contexts. Think about different feelings the different uses of these words brought up. We often connect subtle emotional differences to words: think about the different feelings you might have if somebody called you cute vs. if someone called you gorgeous. Both are nice, and both have similar definitions, but they have different emotional meanings. We call that the connotation. If that’s not helpful, ask your teacher what they were going for.
mate, i hate to break it to you, but that's just how Shakespear wrote the lines. David's got nothing to do with how long they are, nor how much Hamlet is given to say. All he does it deliver what was written far before him, and he does it wonderfully.
Everyone was talking about the avengers back in 2012, but hello? Joss Whedon did Shakespeare that same year, using much of the cast of Buffy and angel. This is his hidden gem.
