Unfourtunatly the 2T22's in Moore are gone now. A lot of them were destroyed by the 2013 EF5 while the others were all just old. Pretty sure Moore has FS 2001 sirens now. Either way this is a really nice sounding siren.
That’s… not true at all. Only 1 2T22 and 1 Modulator were destroyed in the tornado. Which were quickly replaced. They still have the same system. They have 1 older 2001 which has been there since the 1990s, 4 508s, 4 2T22s, 5 Thunderbolts, and 28 Modulators
I remember these were standard fare at airports when I was a young pilot. Now-a-days most have been replaced with small "dinky" looking beacons. A fantastic find for sure! (I want it!!)

I just got into obstruction beacons! I picked up two Rohn Tower clear units, but missing the red lenses inside. Any idea where I can source one? Also is there a Facebook group for collectors of these beacons?
I don't know of any groups on Facebook, if you find one let me know. As far as the inner filters, eBay and Marketplace are going to be your best bet. They're going to be expensive as they're not commonly sold.
