2011 to 2013 have the more reliable N55 engine and could be optioned with a DCT. The DCT was only available on the 135i, the 335is and the M3 in those years. Also the M sport seats are a must.

One thing I forgot to mention was the ride was bouncy on early ones in certain roads, which was improved in 2022/2023 when they updated the suspension.
