The worst part is that you can not get it repair at any other workshop other than the seller's with other worst part that when they will give appointmet only than you can visit the store. For which you have to log complaint first than after four -five days they will give you the appointment for further date. So forgot your vehicle for ... I have been using this for more than 6 months. It became dead any time, we afraid to take it in the fear that it may dead any time, it is mainly of because they start updating software any time without any intimation. With my other two wheeler I didn't face this problem any time. Initially service centre helped to resolve the issues but now they are reluctant to attend the problems coming. Now from starting We were happy after purchasing it and it works smoothly around for one month. One day my wife went to pick our son from school. She stopped between to purchase daily use items as usual. Now when she tried to start the vehicle it started updating sofware and not started. She called the sales person of showroom who attended us at showroom. Initially he helped but as usual now as the sales person work was over after selling, He could not help. Now she had to go school by hiring private vehicle. Meanwhile she had to left the vehicle unlocked at our own risk. Later we had to toe the vehicle to showroom at our own cost, as it is very expensive to take toing services of seller. Later Till date the vehicle became dead 4 times in around six months and we have to leave our work priorities and attend the vehicle to get repair from service centre. We are now very much afraid to take the vehicle for any work and we use other vehicles for our daily work. We purchased this for our convenience and saving but it is happenig just opposite to it with lot of mental trouble. Now the Review of the vehicle other working- Pros- Having good pickup in sport mode. Light in weight, hence while being dead easy to carry. Running fuel cost is low. Not make noise. Cons- Very delicate body, due to light weight having lack of centralized balance. Hence after speed of 40-50 feels lack of control and loose confidence of driving. In running after pushing brake it doesn't accelerate while increasing the accelator, we have to push back it and than increase again to move forward. Which loose our confidence on driving. While driving using various switches are not convenient. Due to less sound we required to sound horn many times as persons coming ahead don't feel the vehicle is coming. On indian road having some noise in vehicle better than not having. Switches like horn, indicators, light etc are inconvenient to push while driving. Switches are so nearby hence when you go to push idicator switch, light Switch become pushed and like same others. In day light when you push the indicator you can't see the burning sign on screen as its density is so low and in driving in city you can't listen beep sound of indicators. Some times trunk become jam and not open even after many efforts. It also gives many other issue like not starting even after many efforts. Major draw back is we already discuss that it become dead any time even while driving on road, which is a horrible experience. Further they will tell you that earlier there was problem now these issues have resloved but it is trap. So overall we are afraid to drive it and hence awaring to all who are intended to buy this.
