Welcome to my channel dedicated to improving your fitness through strength endurance, increasing your metabolism and changing your lifestyle forever. Because health and fitness isn't just for your holiday, or the summer. There is no finish line.
My name is Beth, a mother of two and a personal trainer, nutrition and fitness coach, with expertise in core training.
I'm a keen runner, but I like to focus on full body fitness, particularly strengthening exercises that benefit your endurance.
For my videos you may need dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands.
If you want more accountability you can join my fitness membership bethfitness.com/collections/prices/products/monthly-membership

Your channel has great quality content, but it isn't reaching the right audience due to SEO issues. You should focus on improving your SEO to build a larger fan base. Thanks!
I love seeing the contrast between having your shirt fully tucked in to show a formal and professional look to having your shirt tied up and showing off your midriff for a fun and summery look. You pull off both perfectly!
Thank you for this clearly laid out video. I have a really hard time putting myself into these categories. I have read, in some places, about a fourth category (the nurturer) which are the fuller lower body and smaller upper. I fit into that. I am tall, long boned, put on muscle fairly easily, quite thin most of my life (although I've worked hard at that most my life), bigger hips and thighs, and flat tummy (although less so since menopause).
@@kiranfriesen3209 oh menopause, isn’t it a delight 😫 Endomorphs can also put on muscle easily, a lot more easily than ectomorphs, but not quite as easily as mesomorphs. Generally Endomorphs are shorter, but not always. Similarly, I have a client who is quite short but is absolutely an ectomorph. She’s in her early 30s. Really struggles to put on weight. High metabolism. It can start to change for a lot of people once they hit menopause though.
@@barbaragoehl4521 do you think from the video you’re an endomorph? If so, you might want to try power walking, jogging or cycling if you can, and depending on whether you’re in menopause or not, weight training but higher reps (18-20) to the point of struggling to do that final rep. It also depends on your goals though. If you want to be a power lifter, as in being able to lift really heavy for one or two reps, then you need to train differently compared to if you want to have a lean physique. X
This is something that is highly missed , when training it comes down to body types , how to work with your genetics in order to set realistic goals to achieve and feel your best , know your body😊
I've cracked the solution for your project after thoroughly reviewing your social media presence and delving into your RU-vid channel content. Your RU-vid videos have left quite an impression on me. However, to catapult your channel to viral status, some crucial updates are in order, with SEO topping the list. There's a multitude of other enhancements too. If you're inclined, I can take charge of the SEO optimization and video promotion aspect.
Depends what gains you mean. Feeling good for exercising is instant. And some changes develop quicker for some than others in terms of fitness. But you’re right that it takes a lot longer than anyone realises to visibly see big gains. Some of my clients except to look totally different in a month or two. But it’s much more gradual than that.
What about NEAT ? Can’t remember the exact term. But it’s small movements like fidgeting etc in day it’s said you can burn 300 cals like that true or false ?
Yes, non-exercising activity thermogenesis. I remember learning about this in my weight loss course. It’s basically walking about in your day (so from room-to-room, fidgeting etc.). Some people are also more active than others. I’m someone who struggles to sit still and sit down. And my son fidgets and jumps about all the time. And there’s other people who sit for most of their day (on the way to work, at work, eat at their desk, drive home, sit on the sofa to eat and watch tv all evening). So there is a variation in how many calories people will burn through NEAT. Also a lot depends on your age, body type etc.
That’s good to know. What other exercises have you found help? I’m always trying to make sure I can give my clients informed options. I have a couple with arthritis in the knee and hip, and one who suffers with a bad back.
Totally agree w/you ! Dryers are very hard on fabric. They cause everything to not last nearly as long as it could . Line drying extends the life of fabric by at least twice as long. We have a suspended ceiling in our back bedroom upstairs. That's where I hang hangers w/laundry on them during the cold months. ....even sheets. I haven't owned a dryer for over 28 yrs. Don't need one. I use clippy hangers (as I call them) to hang the sheets....I use 2 hangers...each hanger has 2 clips. I have 3 drying racks....I use those for underwear, socks, wash cloths, hand towels. There's a ceiling fan in that room....I turn it on to keep the air moving. You were very smart to install that rod in your laundry room ! I have 3 multi-clip hangers (just a different shape than yours) which I use often during the warm months when I hang all of the laundry outdoors.
I bet a ceiling fan is brilliant for helping with drying and circulating the air so it’s not damp. Yes! The amount of socks that quickly get holes in because I’m guessing the dryer thins them. Looks like you’ve got your drying system down to perfection. 👌🏼
Thank you so much for this one!! Husband away so missed my exercise class but was able to do this instead and feel like I got a really good work out💪🏋️♀️🤸♀️
