This channel is all about getting people to eat local, fresh and Organic Produce.
The whole idea is you can either buy it or grow your own, but you have to eat it to gain the advantage of the added benefits with Organic food. The videos on this channel are helping people to reach their fitness goals with exercises, meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Some people focus on training to improve their body composition, but you can’t out-train a bad diet. Being an Organic grower and personal trainer, I focus on both foods and your training so you get the best bang for your buck.
Organic food can be expensive so that is why I recommend you grow your own. Training and coaching people to grow, eat, train to improve their overall health is what the Organic Fitness Program is all about. There is no such thing as the best diet but more so there is the best type of foods and Organic Being the Gold Standard.
Loved this podcast. So much of it resonated with me. Fantastic to see he turned it around and is living his best life now 👏 You’re both doing a great job at inspiring others with all your free online content 🙏 🥘🧆 🏃🏽♂️🏃🏻♂️
I don't recommend any plants unless for medicinal purposes, they caused many health problems for me, all fixed now after 5+ years of a carnivore meat only diet. obesity, prediabetes, loose teeth, bleeding gums, sensitive teeth cold sores, blocked sinuses, mouth breathing, left eye twitches (tetany) heartburn, calf cramps, yellow stool, blood in stool edema below the knees, painful feet when walking, sunburn is less shoulder, back and neck pain after waking, lower back pain and stiffness Eat Meat, Not Too Little, Mostly Fat
Colman, do you wash the seaweed before putting it around the plants, do you cut it up into small pieces, or just put it on as you found it on the beach?
I would have loved to have seen you travel more around the country to experience more than just one area. But what a spot you were in. Next time we'll definitely have to get some planning for you. Such a cool experience. 👍
Really enjoyed this podcast. It’s shocking that Roundup is still available. Thanks for all the advice. And yep, it just cut off at the end! No keep it organic this time 😂
I always grow some outside, up a string on a south facing wall. The main problem I’ve had has been when tomatoes are almost ready for picking and we get heavy rain-they absorb so much water that their skin bursts (at least that’s what I was told was happening!).
Your right I've tried this myself you better off using sawdust or ash. Substances that dry the slugs up and stop them sticking. Sheep's wool is also good as they can't stick to fiber
I’d vote for you too Kevin 😂 Great podcast Colman 👏. I’ll definitely be sharing this one. I could have listened to Kevin for another hour! Very interesting stuff. ‘Feed the ground to feed ourselves’, and ‘our bodies are just a suitcase’ are two of his comments I’ll use again and again 👍🏻 Might even go visit his horsebox some day 🐝 🐝 🐝
