This channel has content about web development. I do guides and in-depth pieces about development topics but I also interview prominent members of our community.
I interview people that are amazing at their job in the tech industry. I try to find the tools and best practices they use to shine on conference stages, contribute to open source projects or when they deliver high quality work.
If you like this sort of stuff, subscribe! I'll see you in the comments.
A little bit about me: Tim is a web developer from Amsterdam who moved to Paris to explore the magical world of luxury clients and baguettes. He likes to build fancy websites, make music and cook food.
A quick question! on a large project that the store is not used a every where , wont it have negative impact to globally the stores and defineStore ?? since I was using Nuxt 2 I was very careful and kinda paranoid to just import thing where needed so it wouldn't cause any bundle size or performance issues. I'm very new to v3 so i don't know about how it handles global imports. Tanx
I love how you showcased Blog Recorder here Tim, that is so awesome and great surprise! It's still early for the product, and your points of feedback here are really great and will be improved for sure. I'll share your videos on my socials too!
It won’t be that fast cause latency in Networks exists and none of people who are hyped about htmx, livewire or something similar take it into consideration
Hello there, Thank you for the video. I am using Nuxt 3 with @nuxtjs/sitemap module, however it seems to me that even after 3 years of posting this video the problem you had is still there. Did nuxt address this issue by now or should I just implement the solution you provided? Once again thank you for the help ^^
Thank you for providing an example that is not the counter example from the Pinia site! Every single article on the web is basically reusing that and doesn't answer any other questions or tips about it.. thanks again!
What are some creative way i can use this, im interested in this for content creation, i would like some example of how and why i would use this for creating videos.
This is so important! My Top 10: Have a great welcome mat, complete, focus on results and current challenges, have tested and inspirational starter kits, provide fast, tested and empathetic video tutorials, be responsive from the core team, have a space for community and join in, show results of said community in updates, thank people, be clear on your goals, be open for feedback. On this top 10, I still think the best example is the launch and first 5 years of Ruby On Rails.
Great video. So are you saying the instant avatar doesn't sample your voice and speak in your accent unless you record an audio version of a script rather than typing it? Would still be a massive tine saver
Are you using Nuxt link or a regular link? A regular link will reset the store for the new page and whatever base state you have will than be there again.
